Will my driver wait for me if my plane is late?

Yes our drivers will always wait for you until you arrive, we keep a check on your arrival time to ensure you are picked up promptly on your arrival.

How will I know who is my driver when I arrive?

Your driver will send you a direct message before your flight lands to ensure you have direct contact with them and will then meet you in arrivals with a sign or at another location if required

Are your vehicles cleaned between clients?

Yes cleanliness is one of our top priority’s, vehicles are sanitised between clients to ensure the safety of our customers and to provide a top level of service.

Can the driver stop on the journey?

Yes of course just let us know if you need to use the WC or just fancy a break, we still stop at the next available rest area.

Why would i choose a chauffeur over a normal taxi?

The main reason for choosing a chauffeur over a normal taxi is the level of service provided also the quality of vehicle that is used eg: Mercedes, Audi or BMW. Although chauffeurs are usually slightly more expensive the customer comfort and experience is greater and is more focused towards them.
